Every letter of support counts. Your local MP will pay attention, particularly when they receive several letters on the same issue. Your letter might just be the one which sways their vote.

We have provided five letters for your use, each one addressing a different aspect of the Animals Bill. If possible, send one to your MP every week until voting occurs. It is vital that we keep the pressure up!

Every week we will replace the current letters with new ones, so you can keep sending them in. The more your local MP receives the more they will be reminded of this tragedy, and their important role in securing the welfare of NSW pets.

Letters to the editor of your local newspaper are also an effective tool, as you will be educating others about the situation and how they can be a part of the solution. You can modify any of our letters to create an effective Letter to the Editor.
